Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken Parmesan

Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and topped with Parmesan and mozzarella, these baked chicken breasts are also (bonus!) weeknight-quick to make.

What You Need

small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
pkt.  SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
cups  spaghetti sauce
cups  KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
tsp.  Italian seasoning

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

COAT chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place in 13x9-inch pan.

BAKE 20 min. or until done (165ºF).

TOP with remaining ingredients; bake 5 min. or until shredded cheese is melted.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Cheesy BBQ Chicken
Prepare as directed, omitting the Parmesan cheese, and substituting 1 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce for the spaghetti sauce, and KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese for the Italian Cheese Blend. Sprinkle lightly with sliced green onions or OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits before serving.
Special Extra
Sprinkle baked chicken with 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves before topping with the spaghetti sauce and cheeses.
