I was looking for a regular peanut butter cookie recipe made with flour, so decided to try these. I didn't flatten them out, I made them like I usually do with the 'criss-cross' pattern. Fresh from the oven these were great cookies, nice and soft. After placing the freshly cooled cookies in a bag to stay fresh, the next day, the cookies were hard as rocks. I had to throw them away. What a waste of time and ingredients. I will never make these again.
