what you need

1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
1 Tbsp.  Sesame seed
1/2 tsp. Ground ginger
4   boneless pork loin chops (1 lb.)

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Combine coating mix, sesame seed and ginger. Coat chops with coating mixture; place in single layer in baking dish.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until cooked through (160°F).

SERVE with your favorite vegetables and hot cooked rice topped with PLANTERS Cashews.

Pork Lettuce Wraps with Warm Peanut Sauce
Plan ahead! Prepare as directed, doubling all ingredients. Refrigerate 4 of the chops overnight. The next day, mix 1/4 cup each MIRACLE WHIP Dressing and peanut butter; 2 Tbsp. each water, honey and soy sauce; and 1 tsp. ground ginger in small saucepan. Cook on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Pour into small bowl. Place in center of large platter. Cut the chops into strips. Arrange meat around sauce on platter along with 12 large lettuce leaves, 3/4 cup shredded carrots and 1/4 cup chopped green onions. Top lettuce leaves with all ingredients on platter except for the sauce; roll up. Serve as dippers with the sauce. Makes 4 servings, three wraps each.

Serve this Asian-themed meal with green tea (hot or iced).
Jazz It Up
For an added boost, garnish with chopped PLANTERS Peanuts or Cashews and cilantro.
