Pork Lettuce Wraps with Warm Peanut Sauce

Plan ahead! Prepare as directed, doubling all ingredients. Refrigerate 4 of the chops overnight. The next day, mix 1/4 cup each MIRACLE WHIP Dressing and peanut butter; 2 Tbsp. each water, honey and soy sauce; and 1 tsp. ground ginger in small saucepan. Cook on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Pour into small bowl. Place in center of large platter. Cut the chops into strips. Arrange meat around sauce on platter along with 12 large lettuce leaves, 3/4 cup shredded carrots and 1/4 cup chopped green onions. Top lettuce leaves with all ingredients on platter except for the sauce; roll up. Serve as dippers with the sauce. Makes 4 servings, three wraps each.

Fun Idea

Serve this Asian-themed meal with green tea (hot or iced).

Special Extra

For an added boost, garnish with chopped PLANTERS Peanuts or Cashews and cilantro.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I did not use the shake and bake but made my own coating with breadcrumbs. I did not use the shake and bake but made my own coating with breadcrumbs. These are great, the peanut sauce is just like satay sauce. We used romaine in place of the boston leaves. They are messy, but that is the fun part. My kids loved putting their wraps together. I just cut everything up and ate it like a salad. Took leftovers to work the next day. It was really good.

I marinated the pork in 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix for a couple of hours. The sauce is AMAZING!!!! It is so easy and tastes just like satay sauce. The wraps could be sloppy, but use Romaine Hearts instead! GREAT FAMILY FAVORITE!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We loved the pork chops. We loved the pork chops. And cashews with rice is a good idea! I liked the lettuce wraps with sauce, but I wish there was a way to keep the lettuce from tearing during preparation and to keep the pork and carrots in the wrap while eating. Any ideas? Is there some trick I don't know about?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The pork chops were easy to make and enjoyed by everyone. The pork chops were easy to make and enjoyed by everyone. My 4 1/2-year old daughter helped me make these. The wraps, however, were a different story. They fell apart. The sauce was good though, so next time I may try just wrapping them in a tortilla.

They were edible by the standards of myself & my husband (though messy), but my 7 year old did not like the peanut sauce at all. I will not make these again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good and easy to make. Very good and easy to make. The pork chops were all gone so we didn't get to try out the wraps like I had planned! Adding a little extra ginger is a great idea if you want some extra flavor.
