  • Cook TODAY: Crispy Pork Chops
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine coating mix, sesame seed and 1 tsp. ginger. Coat pork chops with mixture; place in baking dish.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until cooked through. Serve 4 pork chops with hot cooked rice and vegetables. Reserve and refrigerate remaining 4 pork chops for tomorrow.
  • Cook TOMORROW: Pork Lettuce Wraps with Warm Peanut Sauce
  • Cook dressing, peanut butter, water, honey, soy sauce and 1 tsp. ginger in small saucepan on medium heat. Pour into small bowl and place in center of large platter.
  • Slice leftover pork chops.
  • Place lettuce, carrot, onions and reserved sliced pork chops on platter. Roll up your own Pork Lettuce Wrap and serve with the Warm Peanut Sauce.
