  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Coat chicken with coating mix; place in 13x9-inch pan. Bake 30 min.
  • Meanwhile, prick each potato several times with fork. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or just until sliceable but not soft. Cut into spears; toss with dressing and cheese.
  • Add potatoes to baking dish with chicken. Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and potatoes are tender.

Substitute cut-up chicken parts for the whole chicken and bake in 15x10x1-inch pan.

I still felt like the spears were lacking flavor, so I added salt and pepper. Next time I will try using chicken pieces so I can fully enjoy the skin. Recipe was a hit! Very yummy and filling! Way to go Kraft (once again)! I love this site!!!!

I didn't really feel like the dressing and cheese added much flavor to the poatoes though, next time I may just add a little oil, salt & pepper and call it good. However, I loved the coating on the chicken, it was really crispy and delicious.
