I thought this was dreadful. I will not be making this again. I feel like I wasted some good ingredients making a sub-par recipe. Although I was prepared for this dish to be on the drier, not so creamy side, I was not prepared for the combination of dry and bland. I am not going to waste time trying to tweak this one. It goes straight in the 'never make again' pile.

Cream cheese and ranch dressing; how could this not be delicious? Wonderful side.

My husband LOVES this casserole. It reheats great, but he doesn't mind eating it cold. I couldn't believe I could find a delicious recipe using ingredients that needed to be rescued (ranch dressing, tub cream cheese - and we ALWAYS have frozen spinach on hand). I even made it for Thanksgiving and it was gobbled down!!!
