Crispy-Topped Creamy Spinach

This is very good, only thing I changed was the cheese, I used regular cheddar. First time I made it I spread it out in a large casserole dish and it was kind of dry. The second time I made it I put it in a smaller dish and it was thicker and didn't dry out.

The taste was good, but it was very dry. I would like to experiment next time by adding some milk or additional cream cheese to keep it moist.

I followed the recipe as writted and it just didn`t turn out .It was dry as could be,I ended up throwing it away. Can`t imagine what went wrong.Any suggestions?

I thought this had a very good flavor, but would suggest not using Fat-Free Cheddar if you aren't going to serve it warm, right away. I took this to Easter dinner and the cheese on top hardened into a carpet of cheese that we ended up just rolling out of the way. Other than that, it was delicious!

I thought the flavor of this recipe was really good, the only complaint I have is that it was a little dry for my taste. My husband who usually doesn't like spinach liked this, but my 2 year old did not like it at all. I have made another creamy spinach dish that he did like. I would make this again, but I think I would add some more cream cheese to make it creamier.

AWESOME!!! Everyone loves this. This is the dish I take anytime I'm going to a cookout or a dinner. It is always, guaranteed a hit.

My husband and I loved it. He is watching his carbs so I used almonds to top this dish.

This was a very tasty recipe. Everyone in my family agreed that it was an excellent alternative to steamed spinach. I added a sauteed onion for extra flavor and it was superb.
