  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Pour half the sauce into 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Mix coating mix, shredded cheese, Parmesan and seasonings until blended.
  • Combine ricotta, spinach and 1 cup shredded cheese mixture; spoon into shells. Place over sauce in dish; top with tomatoes and remaining sauce. Cover.
  • Bake 10 min. Top with remaining shredded cheese mixture; bake, uncovered, 15 min. or until heated through.

    I made more shells than the recipe calls for because a bunch of them fell apart, so instead of 20 servings, I got 30. Perfect though, tasted fantastic! My 3 year old didn't like it but my husband & I loved it!!! Very tasty. I added mild Italian sausage & chopped garlic. Will make again!!!

    This was so good! They are like mini spinach lasagnas! I am on Weight Watchers so I subbed a few things to make it more diet friendly and it was delicious. My husband loved it as well. It was also more filling than I thought it would be for 4 shells per serving. I will definitely be making this recipe again! Thanks Kraft!
