  • Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place on foil-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 min. or until done (165ºF). Top with cheese; bake 2 min. or until melted.
  • Spread mayo onto cut sides of rolls; fill with chicken and celery.

    I love the crunch of the celery on the sandwich. It set it off! I didn't use mayo - I made some wing sauce with hot sauce and butter (equal amounts) instead and used that in place of mayo. Super easy and so good!!
