    Light and fresh! I used dried chopped chives instead of a chopped green onion. I think I would try adding some garlic next time I make this.

    I made this as an appetizer for a family party and everyone agreed it was missing something. It was kind of bland. I even spiced up the chopped tomatoes with oregano, garlic, salt & pepper.
