We made this for Easter and were disappointed. There was to much onion and they were soupy even after extra cooking time. No one really liked them. If I made them again, I would chop up less onion and mix it in with the potatoes. I would also cook them longer.
Easy to make but was drier than I prefer.
Made it for Christmas dinner and was disappointed, family thought it was just "ok",probably will not make again.
