what you need

1
cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1
Tbsp. curry powder
1/4
 of a medium head of green cabbage, shredded
1/4
 of a medium head of napa cabbage, shredded
1
medium zucchini, shredded
1
 large carrot, shredded
2
 celery stalks, chopped
2
 green onions, thinly sliced
2
 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
1
cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, coarsely chopped

Make It

MIX dressing and curry powder in large bowl until well blended.

ADD all remaining ingredients except peanuts; toss to coat. Cover.

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled. Stir in peanuts just before serving.

Store apples in plastic bags in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. Discard any bruised apples since they give off ethylene gas which causes the apples around them to spoil more quickly.
