I was concerned about the lettuce getting soggy if I had leftovers so I kept the meat separate from the veggies and only put the dressing on the meat. I put the meat mixture on the tortilla first and then piled the veggies on top of that. Rolled it up and then toasted it lightly on my Foreman grill. It was way good! I would definitely make this again. *I did use the crunchy toasted almonds too to add even more crunch. YUM!

I sprinkled the chicken with Asian spices, garlic powder & pepper before cooking it in the microwave and also added the same spices to the vegetable mixture. I used a bag of broccoli slaw instead of the lettuce and used a bit more of the dressing & mayo. I put mixture into tortillas right before we ate them so the tortillas wouldn't get soggy.
