What You Need

1/2

cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing

Tbsp. sugar

tsp. cider vinegar

cups shredded green cabbage

cup shredded red cabbage

1/2

cup PLANTERS Salted Peanuts, chopped

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled

Make It

MIX dressing, sugar and vinegar in large bowl.

ADD remaining ingredients; toss to coat.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour.

Serving Suggestion

This side dish makes a nice accompaniment to a serving of grilled fish or chicken and piece of cornbread.

Shortcut

Prepare substituting 1 pkg. (8 oz.) coleslaw blend for the shredded green and red cabbages and/or substituting 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits for the cooked and crumbled OSCAR MAYER Bacon.

Very tasty and simple. I used the coleslaw cabbage in a bag and added a bit more dressing as we prefer more of a creamy slaw.

This is the recipe my family asks me to bring to family dinners and we don't like coleslaw! I make this for all large family gatherings.

I haven't tried this, yet; but it sounds a lot like a recipe I got from a friend. Her's is even easier. You stir in REAL mayo (Miracle Whip won't work this time.) And then stir in your cooked crumbled bacon. That's it.
