Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW! WOW! What a great cole slaw! I didn't have red cabbage so instead added one shredded carrot, about 1/4 cup red onion and 1/4 cup green pepper. Also probably had 5 or 6 cups of sliced cabbage. Didn't increase the dressing ingredients because we don't like "goopy" cole slaw. It was perfect! Love the flavor of peanuts and bacon in it! Will definitely make again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a yummy twist on coleslaw, my family really liked it. This was a yummy twist on coleslaw, my family really liked it. I didn't have miracle whip so I used mayo and I used sunflower seeds instead of peanuts. The coleslaw was a little dry for my taste when I followed the recipe, so I added a little more of the dressing mixture. I will be making this again in the future!

I brought it to 2 parties and got TONS of compliments! My only modification to the recipe was to add shredded carrots for additional color. I will definitely be making this recipe again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this recipe twice now and I have had so many people ask me for the recipe! I have made this recipe twice now and I have had so many people ask me for the recipe! I go with the bagged cole slaw for the ease, and turkey bacon, fat free Miracle Whip and Splenda to cut calories. It's so easy to make and it's always a hit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I make a similer version. I make a similer version. I use slivered almonds or raw pumpkin seed instead of peanuts. I also add chopped green onions and I mix the salad dressing with cool whip and use Garlic flavored wine vinager with a dash of toasted sessame seed oil.

I made this tonight, and I would say that it was just "okay" - not something that I would consider fantastic, but if I need a crunchy cole slaw in the future, this would fit the bill. It was tasty, just not five stars worth to me.

I used the bagged coleslaw and precooked bacon and I omitted the sugar and the peanuts. I still thought it was delicious and I will definitely make this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I haven't tried this, yet; but it sounds a lot like a recipe I got from a friend. I haven't tried this, yet; but it sounds a lot like a recipe I got from a friend. Her's is even easier. You stir in REAL mayo (Miracle Whip won't work this time.) And then stir in your cooked crumbled bacon. That's it.
