  • Combine first 4 ingredients in shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then in cereal mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each ingredient.
  • Place in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
