This was a great quick recipe for a hurried morning. My boys weren't thrilled about the grape nuts on the toast but they liked the PB-honey toast with banana. Not really out of norm for a lot of our mornings though. Still good I enjoyed.
I only gave this recipe 4 stars and not 5 because I changed it just a little bit. I used only 2 Tbsp Grape-Nuts Cereal, omitted the honey, and topped it with 1/2 a medium banana. I also served an 8oz glass fat free milk on the side. It was very satisfying.
