Shredded carrots are readily available. Look for them in the produce section of your market. Not having to shred the carrots yourself saves time!

This is my alltime favorite veggie side dish, just so so so FAST to make, so YUMMY, even ppl who don't like broccolli, WILL love this.
TIPS: This recipe cooks up SO FAST, have everything else ready, table set, etc.
Also, do NOT OVERCOOK, or it will not be crunchy. the cooktimes listed on this recipe are wayyyyy too long, for 3rd step, just stir and heat for 1 minute, IT'S DONE!
DELICIOUS!!! If you have someone in your family who doesn't eat broccolli, TRY THIS and they WILL!!
