  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Combine first 3 ingredients in shallow dish. Dip fish in egg, then in cereal mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each fillet with each ingredient.
  • Place in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 5 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Special Equipment Needed


Substitute any fine-textured fish fillets, such as sole, flounder or cod, for the tilapia.


Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts for the fish. Decrease oven temperature to 400°F. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).

Special Extra

Serve sprinkled with 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil or parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
