  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Beat egg white in medium bowl with orange zest, lemon zest and cinnamon until frothy. Stir in nuts until evenly coated.
  • Spread into lightly greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until nuts are dry and lightly toasted. Sprinkle with sweetener; toss lightly. Cool. Store in airtight container at room temperature.

Creative Leftovers
