    My boyfriend made this for dinner one night. It was absolutely fabulous. I normally don't eat couscous, but this was flavorful with bursts of crunch and sweet. Easy to make and even better to eat!

    I loved it. I keep trying different recipes to get my husband to like couscous, and this didn't do the trick. BUT I love couscous and this was a great recipe. We didn't have dried apricots, so used a dried fruit medley and it was fantastic.
