  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Microwave butter and brown sugar in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. Add cereal, nuts and cinnamon; mix well.
  • Roll out pastry to 14x12-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface; spread with cereal mixture to within 1/4 inch of edges. Roll up, starting at one long side of each. Cut into 12 slices; place, cut sides up, in 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 12 to 15 min. or until lightly browned. Let stand in pan 3 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool 5 min.
  • Mix powdered sugar and orange juice until blended; drizzle over rolls. Serve warm.

Variation

Prepare using trail mix with raisins and almond cereal, and toasted chopped PLANTERS Slivered Almonds.

How to Toast Nuts

Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavor. To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. To toast nuts on the stovetop, place nuts in ungreased skillet. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. To toast nuts in the microwave, place up to 1 cup of nuts in a microwaveable shallow dish. Microwave on HIGH until fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 sec.

Variation

Omit powdered sugar and orange juice. Melt 2 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over the slightly cooled cinnamon rolls instead of the powdered sugar glaze.
