What You Need

cups  coarsely chopped napa cabbage

slices  OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Turkey Bacon, cooked, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

cup  coarsely chopped red peppers

cup  baby corn, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2
cup  snow peas, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1
can  (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2
cup  KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing

tsp.  lite soy sauce

Make It

COVER large plate with cabbage.

ARRANGE bacon, vegetables and oranges in rows over cabbage.

MIX dressing and soy sauce; drizzle over salad.

Storing & Preparing Fresh Pea Pods
Store fresh pea pods, unwashed, in a perforated plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Rinse with cold water just before using, then snap off the stem end of each pod and pull down along the edge of the pod to remove any strings. Cook as desired.
