Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was so good - and so easy! This was so good - and so easy! Who doesn't love that?! I made it for company and they raved about it... my little one even helped herself to seconds! She's not a big in-bone chicken fan - but the crispy coating and yummy flavor helped her get beyond the bones! We thought we would have extra - but we didn't! The only changes I made were that I made extra 'dips' to make sure that each piece was really coated, and I also substituted the KRAFT Grated Parmesan for the KRAFT Parm Plus (Garlic Herb Grated Parmesan)... it added such a great italian flavor - I always cook with garlic and herbs - so it was perfect for our family! I will definitely make this recipe again!

I made this recipe using cholesterol free non-fat egg substitute, Post Honey Bunches of Oats, and Smart Balance light margerine instead of butter and it came out YUMMY! The coating came out pretty crunchy considering it was baked and not fried. My husband couldn't even tell that it was the "light" version. He's requested that I make this recipe a weekly meal!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! But instead of just mixing salt and pepper into the flour, I mixed in a packet of Good Seasons Garlic and Herb (I also tried Italian, but not as good) and it gave it a great flavour. I also used shredded Parmesan instead of the powdery version. I have made many times now and my family loves it!!!! BTW, don't forget the butter over top!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a very tasty recipe. This was a very tasty recipe. I used panko bread crumbs mixed with the parmesan cheese. I always brine my chicken in a salt and sugar solution with water for several hours or overnight before I cook it, which helps to keep the meat moister when I bake it. I will make this recipe again....

I made this for my husband and me with 4 chicken drumsticks and substituted seasonings in flour with lemon pepper seasonings and instead of using corn flakes I used blended salted crackers without cheese. My husband and I flipped! It was soo awesome! Made in exactly an hour!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was delicious! This recipe was delicious! I made it last night and my son cleaned his plate. My husband went back for seconds. I did marinate the chicken for 30 mins. in Italian Dressing to give it an extra taste and it came out juicy and fully cooked. 1 hour worked perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was very good. This recipe was very good. The parmesan cheese added alot of flavor. The only problem I had was that I had to use way more coating than was called for. (I ended up with more on my hands than on the chicken). Will definately try again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I used boneless skinless breasts, cut into strips, instead of whole chicken. I used boneless skinless breasts, cut into strips, instead of whole chicken. The only problem was there wasn't enough egg mixture or corn flake and cheese mixture. I added to the recipe and it was rave reviews from my whole family!
