Crunchy Parmesan Chicken Fingers

If you tend to order crunchy, Parmesan-coated chicken fingers and dipping sauce at a restaurant, you'll be happy to hear how easy they are to make at home!

What You Need

pkt.  SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
lb.  chicken tenders
cup  spaghetti sauce

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

EMPTY coating mix into shaker bag; add cheese.

MOISTEN chicken with water; shake off excess. Add 2 or 3 pieces at a time to bag; shake to evenly coat. Place in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Discard bag and any remaining coating mixture.

BAKE chicken 12 to 14 min. or until done. Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce. Serve chicken with sauce.

Prepare as directed, adding 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro to coating mix in shaker bag along with the cheese, and substituting salsa for the spaghetti sauce.
Prepare using boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips.
