Heat oven to 375°F. Prepare crust as directed. Bake 8 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely before filling.
Place graham crackers in resealable plastic bag. Flatten bag to remove excess air, then seal bag. Crush the grahams into crumbs by rolling a rolling pin across the bag.
Crust can be filled and baked without refrigerating step.
Substitute finely crushed chocolate wafer cookies, vanilla wafers or gingersnaps for the graham cracker crumbs.
