    I make this ALL the time as a side dish. (It's fantastic with burgers!) I typically just use 1 pkg of broccoli slaw, a handful of cashews, and about 1/4 cup dressing. It's great with all of the ingredients as well, but I like my life simple. This mini version keeps better the next day, as well.

    I've been making this since it forst appeared in the magazine. My family loves it! I substitute mandarin oranges for pineapple and, when I don't have cashews, I use slivered almonds.
