I love sweet and salty!
I used a rotisserie chicken from the deli, it added a lovely layer of flavor!
I always add the cashews once the salad's plated, then, lefterovers get fresh crunchy cashews.
I also open a large can of pineapple tidbits and toss the rest into jello for dessert.
Paired with some garlic bread, this is a complete dinner and a big hit.
