  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add flour; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually whisk in milk; cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until thickened. Add VELVEETA; cook 2 min. or until melted, stirring constantly.
  • Drain macaroni; return to pan. Add sauce; mix lightly. Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with FRESH TAKE.
  • Bake 15 to 18 min. or until heated through.
