What You Need

1
lb.  lean ground beef
1
can  (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1
can  (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1
Tbsp.  chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
2
cups  lightly crushed tortilla chips
1
cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2
cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4
cup chopped cilantro

Make It

COOK meat in medium skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. or until browned. Add tomato sauce, corn and pepper; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min.

TOP meat with tortilla chips and cheese; cover. Cook 2 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

SERVE with sour cream and cilantro.

Substitute
Substitute chopped seeded fresh jalapeños for the chipotle peppers.
Cooking Know-How
Cook ground beef thoroughly and evenly. The color of the raw ground meat can vary from bright red to light pink. Do not rely on the color of the meat to check for doneness but use an instant read thermometer instead. Ground beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F.
Jazz It Up!
Enhance and round up the flavors of this skillet by using 1 tablet MAGGI Beef Flavor Bouillon when cooking meat. Stir until bouillon is dissolved.
