Crunchy Turkey Sandwich Melts Recipe

What You Need

slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Tbsp. finely chopped onions

1

CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Mini Pickle, finely chopped

1/4

tsp. pepper

2

sandwich rolls, partially split

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COMBINE all ingredients except rolls.

FILL rolls with turkey mixture; place in shallow pan. Cover.

BAKE 15 min. or until heated through.

Substitute 1 cup chopped cooked fresh turkey for the OSCAR MAYER Shaved Turkey.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with your favorite cut-up fresh or steamed vegetables.

My family loves this recipe after Thanksgiving,we use our turkey leftovers instead of the sliced meat.It turns out amazing!!

This tasted awesome! It is your ideal turkey melt sandwich. I left out the onions and I think next time I might leave out the pickle too. Instead of sandwich rolls, I used 45 calorie sara lee bread which was the perfect size. I would definatly make again!

I did not add the onions, but this recipe was great. It's wonderful for a fall night with a nice salad!!

I made this recipe with hamburger buns. I cooked it in the toaster oven for approx. 45 minutes, longer then the 15 minutes recommended. The sandwiches tasted so good, I will send this recipe to my friends and family and keep this as a recipe to make over and over again......really, really good!!!!
