What You Need

cans  (15 oz. each) great Northern beans, undrained
1
small onion, sliced
2
 arbol chiles, stemmed, torn
3/4
cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
1
  boneless pork loin roast (2 lb.)
1
pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

Tbsp.  chopped fresh parsley

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

COMBINE beans, onions, chiles and 1/2 cup barbecue sauce; spread onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan.

SPREAD meat with remaining barbecue sauce; cover with coating mix. Place over beans.

BAKE 1 hour 30 min. or until meat is done (160ºF). Remove to platter; let stand 10 min. before slicing. Stir parsley into beans. Discard chiles. Serve beans with meat.

Arbol chiles are dried red chiles that are quite hot. If desired, use dried pequin or cayenne peppers instead.

Substitute chopped fresh cilantro for the parsley.
