small onion, finely chopped

cup chopped red peppers

Tbsp. soft reduced-calorie margarine

cups chopped cooked turkey

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots, thawed, drained

cup BREAKSTONE'S FREE Fat Free Sour Cream

1/2

cup KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing

1/2

tsp. dried tarragon leaves, crushed

1/4

tsp. black pepper

tsp. soft reduced-calorie margarine

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Tbsp. dry bread crumbs

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Cook and stir onions and red peppers in 1 Tbsp. margarine. Add to combined turkey, peas and carrots, sour cream, dressing, tarragon and black pepper; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.

MELT 1 tsp. margarine in small skillet. Add Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs; cook and stir 3 min. or until lightly browned. Sprinkle over turkey mixture.

BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.

My husband absolutely loved it. He almost ate the whole thing. Just make sure to cook it all the way through not just for the 30 minutes they state.

Great to use with leftover turkey. We didn't miss the crust of the usual pot pie, my husband loved it, and asked if I could make more! I had a lot of the ingredients in my pantry already as well. Easy as pie!

My husband and I liked this recipe very well. We never eat pot pies because of the crust being too fatty and full of cholesterol. This suits the bill and we didn't even miss the crust. I will be using it often, I'm sure.

unfortunately, it didn't taste at all like turkey pot pie or how i imagined it would. i made it for dinner one night and i didn't like it, but i didn't tell my husband because i wanted him to decide for himself. the next day he said he didn't like it very much, i think he was afraid of hurting my feelings. needless to say we won't make this again. we'll keep making the yummy turkey chili and put this dish to rest.
