what you need

small  onion, finely chopped
1/3
cup  chopped red peppers
1
Tbsp.  soft reduced-calorie margarine
3
cups  chopped cooked turkey
1
pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots, thawed, drained
3/4
cup  BREAKSTONE'S FREE Fat Free Sour Cream
1/2
cup  KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
1/2
tsp.  dried tarragon leaves, crushed
1/4
tsp.  black pepper
1
tsp.  soft reduced-calorie margarine
2
Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2
Tbsp.  dry bread crumbs

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Cook and stir onions and red peppers in 1 Tbsp. margarine. Add to combined turkey, peas and carrots, sour cream, dressing, tarragon and black pepper; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.

MELT 1 tsp. margarine in small skillet. Add Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs; cook and stir 3 min. or until lightly browned. Sprinkle over turkey mixture.

BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.
