I loved this recipe - I used more mint than it called for and thought it was great!
the mint was way too strong. everytime i went to drink it all i could smell was mint and it made me not want to drink it.
Very refreshing, I used less mint for a shorter time as it seemed a little strong, then added fresh sprigs as directed when serving. Great on a hot day.
