  • Add boiling water to drink mix in 2-qt. heat-proof pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved. Add mint; let stand at room temperature 1 hour. Strain.
  • Serve immediately over crushed ice or refrigerate to serve cold later.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I used lemonade with 1/4 cup of sugar. I used lemonade with 1/4 cup of sugar. Leaving the mint in the jug makes it overpowering by the end of the jug, so I added chopped mint per cup. This aslo made the pickey ones happy.
