  • Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Stir gently just before serving.

I use dried Cilantro instead of fresh, it is sometimes hard to get really fresh Cilantro at the grocery and I also use celery powder since it is a waste to buy a whole bunch of celery for 1 stalk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great salad. Great salad. My whole family loved it. The kids aren't fond of black beans, so I substituted kidney beans. I omited the jalapenos altogether. I did add about 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Delicious!
