HE said it wasn't all that traditional but the flavors matched similar ones from the Cuban flavors you see in their foods. The whole family loved it and I can't wait to cook it for the rest of the family.

I even substituted some things (didn't have a can of tomato sauce so I used a 15 oz can of petite diced tomatoes and a little spaghetti sauce)and it still turned out quite good.
