I made this for Easter dinner!! In addition to the asparagus and cucumber, I added fresh green beans cut to size and microwaved with the asparagus! This was really delicious and so very easy to prepare!
I made more to bring into work to share with my asparagus loving friends!!!
My mom made this for a family party. It was a big hit. She did add garlic powder to it.
