  • Place asparagus in microwaveable casserole dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 5 min. or until asparagus is crisp-tender; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  • Mix next 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add asparagus and cucumbers; toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.

Substitute

Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.

In addition to the asparagus and cucumber, I added fresh green beans cut to size and microwaved with the asparagus! This was really delicious and so very easy to prepare! I also added some fat free sour cream to the light mayonnaise to make more sauce without adding lots of fat calories. Will definitely make as long as asparagus is in season.
