  • Place asparagus in microwaveable casserole dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 5 min. or until asparagus is crisp-tender; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  • Mix next 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add asparagus and cucumbers; toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.

Substitute

Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.

    I made this for Easter dinner!! In addition to the asparagus and cucumber, I added fresh green beans cut to size and microwaved with the asparagus! This was really delicious and so very easy to prepare! I made more to bring into work to share with my asparagus loving friends!!!
