It is VERY important to wait to let flavors marinade prior to eating. VIP to wait, don't eat it right away, especially if you made mistake of using dry mustard powder instead of 'real' mustard.
I used powder mustard, and initially, did NOT like it, BUT, NEXT DAY, it was delish.
so be sure to wait if you are using powder mustard instead of 'real' mustard.
