    You can use left over baked or smoked salmon if you don't have access to reservation canned salmon, such as Warm Springs reservation salmon, or any other reservation salmon, scoop out seeds in cucumber makes it better.

    Pretty good but I added a bit more lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper for more flavoring. I served it with toasted bagel chips.
