Rated 4 out of 5 by from I had to add a few things b/c the recipe sounded a bit bland for my taste. I had to add a few things b/c the recipe sounded a bit bland for my taste. I followed the directions but my sourcream/curry/lemon juice mixture was larger that what the recipe calls for b/c I wanted "sauce" for the rice, too. I also seasoned it with onion salt, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper when it was simmering at the end to give the meal a little more kick. It turned out real good and everyone liked it very much.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I think this dish is very simple and easy to make, but yet delicious. I think this dish is very simple and easy to make, but yet delicious. I sliced some thin pork chops as it was what I had on hand. I only used about a teaspoon of lemon juice and added a fresh tomato and a dash of cayenne. It really made a nice kick to this dish. I am definitely going to make it again.

Kept going on and on about how good it was and even bragged about how great a cook I am to his friends! i did double the recipe for the sauce that included the sour cream, lemon juice, and curry because he likes to have a lot of sauce on his rice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from My husband and I both disliked this meal. My husband and I both disliked this meal. It wasnt just the lemon that didnt sit well with us, it was the all around flavor. I would've done well not to add the curry mixture and just stuck with the garlic and onlons with meat over rice

My husband, who eats anything liked it, as for myself and my son, we did not like it. This is a recipe that I will not make again.

I wasn't too wild about the finished product but my husband really liked it and said he'd like it again. I didn't have any black pepper so I substituted it with red pepper flakes which gave it a little more kick!
