I made this for a birthday party. I gave one cracker with the mix to my boyfriend to use him as a guinnea pig, and he was mad when I told him he couldn't have any more. He begged me to make it again just for him! It was a hit at the party, with several requests for the recipe. I'm going to try it again as a sandwich. Keep in mind the fine dicing of the chicken is rather tedious, and it's easier to cut when the chicken has been refrigerated for a few hours after cooking!
