  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Garnish as desired. Serve as a spread with the crackers.

I used one large grilled chicken breast (more than one cup of chicken), and it was very good. If you follow the recipe, it is bland. I added more curry, plus cayenne pepper and paprika. I also topped it with paprika and dried parsley flakes. I omitted the mayo. Be sure to chill it. It takes better that way. I served it with pita chips.

This recipe was very easy to make and I had all the ingredients already in my refrigerator and pantry. I am dieting and I found this recipe to be very healthy and filling. The second time I prepared this recipe I added a side salad and it became my meal. Thanks
