WOW...I cook a lot and I love to try new things. This recipe caught my eye because I do love coconut shrimp. This is one of the best things I've ever made. I love wheat berrys and I've been looking for recipes that use them. I did add the tablespoon of brown sugar like someone else mentioned--I will definitely make again...and again!!!
