Chicken salad flavored with currants, green onions, Dijon mustard and curry powder is served in store-bought cream puffs for easy, elegant appetizers.

What You Need

cups chopped cooked chicken

1/3

cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

1/3

cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

Tbsp. currants

Tbsp. green onion slices

1/2

tsp. curry powder

store-bought appetizer-size cream puffs (1-1/2 inch diameter)

Make It

MIX all ingredients except cream puffs.

CUT tops off cream puffs.

SPOON chicken mixture evenly into cream puffs; replace tops. Serve immediately.

I actually made this recipe without the puffs, and enjoyed this as a chicken salad. It's delicious and good if you're on a low-carb diet! If you wish, add a little lemon juice & ground pepper just before eating, and it tastes even better!

to change the texture of this recipe. Instead of just mayo, add half softened cream cheese, and half mayo. Add finely chopped black olives and some finely chopped walnuts, or finely chopped smoked almonds.

I made this for a Seminar at work and it went like hot cakes! I'd definitely make this again! Love'd the idea of the Dijon and curry together!

So good!! I added a little celery and used diced grapes instead of currants. I also used more chicken and a little s&p. I t was a huge hit.
