  • Add apples, carrots and onions to reserved drippings; cook 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 30 min. or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
  • Add soup, in batches, to blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Return to pan. Sprinkle bacon over soup.
