  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook pudding as directed on package. Remove from heat.
  • Whisk whole egg, egg yolk, milk, sugar and vanilla in small bowl until blended. Gradually whisk into pudding until blended.
  • Pour into 8 (5-oz.) ramekins; sprinkle with nutmeg. Place ramekins in large shallow pan. Fill pan with hot water to within 1/2 inch of tops of ramekins.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until knife inserted in centers comes out clean. Remove ramekins from water bath; place on wire racks. Cool completely.
