I made this for Christmas and it was devoured. It will be my new go-to dessert recipe for when I need to bring something. I used strawberries instead of raspberries, and sliced them up and covered the entire cheesecake liberally with them. I also baked the cheesecake about 15 minutes longer than the recipe said....it was too "wet" before that. It did crack, but hey, that made the ooey gooey chocolate go down in. :)

I did a double layer and poured chocolate over both and let it setup in the frig before placing them together . My family and friends thought that it was awesome.

Wow! This was really easy to make and was delicious! I didn't have bittersweet chocolate on-hand, so I used semi-sweet chocolate instead. Also, instead of raspberries, I used sliced strawberries. It was divine! I am looking forward to the next occasion to make this again!
