What You Need

squares BAKER'S SELECT Bittersweet Chocolate

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

1/2

cup fresh raspberries

Make It

MICROWAVE chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min., stirring with whisk every 45 sec. until melted.

ADD 1 cup COOL WHIP; stir until blended. Stir in remaining COOL WHIP.

SPOON into dessert dishes; top with raspberries.

The taste was awoesome but it did not turn out fluffy and wasn't that dark in color like the photo.

Easy & delicious. I needed to double the recipe and found it too chocolaty. So I switched to semi-sweet squares and only used six (instead of eight). The consistancy is even like the mousse in French restaurants.

Made recipe for our monthly supper club and received rave reviews. served with whipped cream and rasberries. Very quick and easy. A dessert eveyone thinks you spent hours preparing
